Το διαμέρισμα δημιουργήθηκε για τις ανάγκες ενοικίασης, και βρίσκεται στην Νεράντζα Κορινθίας.
Σκοπός ήταν, να ανακαινισθεί ολοκληρωτικά , να αλλάξει μορφή καθώς και τρόπο χρήσης.
Κύριος εκπρόσωπος της χρωματικής μας παλέτας είναι το άσπρο, διότι θέλαμε να δώσει την ψευδαίσθηση πως ο χώρος είναι μεγαλύτερος και πιο φωτεινός, με την απόλυτη σύμπραξη των μαύρων λεπτομερειών για την αντίθεση.
Η σύνθεση πάνω από τον καναπέ ενσωματώνει ένα κομμάτι τέχνης στον χώρο και τον κάνει πιο ζωντανό.
Η κουζίνα έγινε εξίσου σε λευκούς τόνους με μαύρα ιδιαίτερα πόμολα όπου, της αλλάζουν το στυλ και την αναβαθμίζουν.
Τέλος, στο υπνοδωμάτιο τοποθετήθηκε το κρεβάτι σε άμεση επαφή με το φυσικό φως και συνεχίσαμε με χρώματα ουδέτερα που εκπέμπουν χαλάρωση και ηρεμία.
